Guest Post - The girl named love // Fashion Feature + Giveaway

April 30, 2015

A white skirt is a wardrobe staple, a chameleon, a jack of all trades. See how to style this versatile item in 3 different ways.

The no brainer: Classic case of what to wear to work / I have nothing to wear in my wardrobe / too sleepy to even think about getting out of my pajamas. Fret not! Grab said versatile piece, add your favorite slouchy oversized shirt and your Chuck Taylors for a cool boyish touch (okay and comfort). Accessorize to your hearts content, I went for my subtle minimal gold jewellery and glittery nails for a little bit of sparkle.

Weee it's the weekend: Nothing says spring like a bright white skirt teamed with a cool t shirt and a denim jacket thrown over the shoulders. This look is perfect for long lazy pic nics in the park chatting away with friends and munching on tapas and a cheeky wine. What are you waiting for? Go get dressed!

To, uh oh, those summer nights: A bit of romancing perhaps? Glimmering dimmed lights, exquisite food and your significant other or maybe a night out in the town with the girls to your favorite bar? Either way you have the outfit at the ready! Opt for a monochromatic palette to create contrast between the pieces. I like how the skirt is the main focus here.

So to celebrate my first ever guest post Lorelai and I have a giveaway for all of you lovely people! We are giving away one of my favorite Little Darling* pieces, the tiny halo circle necklace -it's been one of my shop's best sellers too! I have a shop on Etsy selling lots of pretty little things, have a look if you like (here) Little Darling* started out as a hobby 7 years ago but has grown into this beautiful world where I can get lost anytime I want to.I love a good jewellery making session on a lazy Sunday listening to jazz. May the force be with you peeps!

Street Portrait Project SS12 ► SPANAKI

February 29, 2012

For those who don't already know those beautiful handmade clutches...let me introduce to you, Spanaki and its unique creations! Anna Germanou, the designer behind Spanaki, upcycles magazine covers, books and newspapers into stylish, eco-friendly handbags! I'm always impressed by people who can make the difference by creating something so original and unique with existing materials we usually consider useless! So this time Anna had this amazing idea for photoshooting the new SS2012 collection for Asos Marketplace. Street Portrait Pojects is based on the idea that a clutch can be rock, glam, chic or retro, depending on who is wearing it! And for that, 5 stylish girls (and yes, as you see I was one of them and the smile on my face is still so big!) were photographed, wearing the new Spanaki clutches!Enjoy!

Meet the ladies...

Read more about this project, Here. Check out the official site Here and show Spanaki your love on the Facebook page here! Big Thanx to all the girls that kept us warm with their smiles!

You can find all these amazing clutches on Asos Marketplace!

Catwalk . Notos Galleries

October 2, 2011

A catwalk fashion show for a 'Birthday party' is the perfect plan for a Saturday morning! Notos Galleries was celebrating the one year of their store at Thessaloniki and invited me and my fashion  friends, Veronika and Alexander to attend the fashion show they held for the occasion. We definitely saw some interesting pieces (actually my personal favourites were with no doubt the tights!) and we totally enjoyed the live performance of Atma. I also had the pleasure to meet Elena Pakou from LFOF and Lopy from Fashion Architect who came for the show. Check also the video, I prepared!

Huge Thanx to Veronika for the photos. You are the best! Check out Blame it on the boogie and Obsession in Vogue for more photos.

Stay tuned for the outfit post!
